Early apples are almost ready for harvest in the Lafayette area. Grapes have started veraison, which is a bit late this year. Apples look good and are sizing well. Brambles are not having a great year. Winter injury was severe and the wet spring has led to a significant amount of Raspberry (Septoria) leaf spot.
